Kelly Bardosy’s Dedication (by Stephany Lichter)

At St. Monica's Senior Living, our commitment is to provide compassionate care that truly makes a difference. As the administrator, I (Stephany Lichter) am constantly inspired by the dedication of our partners, and I want to share a recent experience that highlights the exceptional work of Kelly Bardosy, DPT, a physical therapist from our affiliate, Arise Physical Therapy.

Arise Physical Therapy is a non-profit organization that shares our values, offering customized treatment plans, accepting ALL insurance plans, and providing dedicated one-on-one attention in a state-of-the-art gym. The collaboration between our teams is a testament to the power of community.

Kelly Bardosy’s Dedication to Community Members at St. Monica's

In March 2025, an 89-year-old woman made the important decision to move to St. Monica's after undergoing a knee replacement surgery and completing her initial rehabilitation. Her transition into this new chapter of life was made significantly smoother thanks to the dedicated care of Kelly Bardosy.

Kelly took a personalized approach, collaborating closely with both the community member and her physician to ensure her recovery was on the right track. She accompanied her to appointments, provided her with a knee exerciser to aid in her rehabilitation, and engaged in extensive one-on-one physical therapy sessions.

Thanks to Kelly's commitment and expertise, this remarkable woman has been making impressive strides in her recovery. She's experiencing improved functional mobility, walking longer distances with the assistance of a walker, and gaining increased independence in her daily activities.

It's heartwarming to witness the positive impact that Kelly's care has on St. Monica's. Her dedication to promoting their well-being and enhancing their quality of life truly embodies the spirit of community and compassionate care.
